Korean Mien Trộn with corn-fed chicken, sweet potato glass noodles and vegetables. Alongside the Saté Bowl with roast beef, vegetables and ST25 fragrant rice. The Saté Bowl is also available with tofu and seitan on request. We'll agree the variant and spice level with you.

Soup & bowl

Phở bò with beef, rice noodles, fresh herbs and aromatic broth. Alongside the Pak Choi Bowl with corn-fed chicken, wok vegetables and ST25 fragrant rice. Also available with roast beef or as a vegetarian version with tofu and seitan on request.

Prepared at your event

The staffed pho station, including its set-up, required heating equipment and preparation, is included in this menu's per-person price. We'll agree the arrangements and venue requirements with you personally.

Bò Lúc Lắc with beef, caramelised onions and ST25 fragrant rice, plus Korean Mien Trộn with prawns, sweet-potato glass noodles and vegetables. Alongside udon with chicken and wok vegetables. The udon are also available with beef or with tofu and seitan on request. Three mains in shared buffet portions.
